Delete pages from a PDF

Enter the pages to delete: you get the same document without them.

The counterpart of Extract pages. Here you say what to throw away instead of what to keep, which is handier when there are only a few pages to remove: the cover, a blank page the scanner slipped in, the attachment that shouldn't circulate.

The syntax is the same: single numbers separated by commas and ranges with a hyphen, for example 2, 5-6. The rest of the document stays as it was, in its original order and with the same quality.

If you try to delete every page, the tool stops and tells you so, instead of producing an empty file.

Can I recover a page I deleted by mistake?

Not from the downloaded file, but the original PDF on your computer hasn't been modified: load it again and redo the operation with the right numbers.

Are the following pages renumbered?

The PDF's internal numbering is, yes: it closes up. Any numbers printed on the pages stay as they were, because they are part of the page content.
